- Cancellations: Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase or service activation.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only processed for services not yet delivered or accessed.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Exceptions: Activated or consumed services are not eligible for refunds.
